ev3dev-stretch Stable Release Candidate

We’ve been quietly squashing bugs in ev3dev-stretch over the past six months and we think it time to take it out of beta.

Some interesting new features include:

• A Visual Studio Code Extension for easy programming
• The brickrun command line tool
• Grayscale support for the EV3 screen
• Adjust the CPU frequency of the EV3
